Factory Returns
Factory Returns are retail items which have been rejected by the factory as they have minor manufacture faults, such as a dent on the side of a machine, or damage while in transit.
The quality of factory returns is generally quite high. For added assurance we have tried and tested to ensure these products are 100% in working condition, and for peace of mind we also give you a minimum of 3 months warranty.
Factory Seconds
Factory Seconds category looks like they have been pre-loved, and at some point in time returned to the manufacture within the warranty period.
For whatever reason they have been returned, we try and test these equipments and ensure they are 100% in working condition, also giving you a minimum of 3 months warranty.
